The most remarkable features of the tools are the unique design of the tool bodies - air cylinders.
With vertical hexigon-shaped air cylinder design, it changes the triditional way of production. The air cyliners are closed, from top and bottom, by six screws instead of triditionally tapping the thread around the cylinder
body which requires considerable material thickness. With the unique cylinder closing methord, it makes the tools are comparatively lighter.
The unique design also results in the efficient production by its raw material of considerable long tubular shaped profiles. Without non-flexible moldings, the heigth of the cylinders can be flexibly worked out to apply wide range of tool strokes in the most economic way.
The strength of the cylinders are proved sufficient by its material of aviation grade aluminium alloy.
The unique cylinder design is patented.

Commercial series riveting tools consists of models, with prefix -Z: Z5000 , Z5000V , Z5000A , Z5000AV for setting blind rivets up to 4,8/5,0mm Z6400 , Z6400V for setting blind rivets up to 6,4mm.
The model codes with suffix -V indicates the tool with vacuum sucking system to hold the blind rivets in the tool nosepiece and automatic blow out the rest mandrel after setting.
Model codes with suffix -A indicates the tools are customized with traction power enhanced at sacrificing stroke, pairing Z5000 and Z5000A, Z5000V and Z5000AV.
Commercial series tools appearance is arranged all black but red trigger as default.
Commercial series tools are positioned to service DIY and semi-industrial segment of the market. Low costs oriented, production is arranged in most economic way with mass production. Except few unimportant material of parts, the key parts and parts assemblies do not compromise the quality, so as to prolong the tool life with simple basic maintenance by non-professional users.
Life test of the basic model Z5000 shows the tool start to loose setting stroke after setting approx. 120,000 pieces of blind rivets alu/steel multigrip 4,8 x 15 without washers (two strokes for one rivet). During the test, one set of jaws are substituded due to worn off after 54,000 pieces of rivets.
